❤️ of the Matter:
Let the visual portrait of Hebrews 13:14 inspire you to remember that this world is not our permanent home, even amidst the chaos around us.
The BIG 📸:
Battles are being fought in every household, and actual ones are being waged worldwide. It’s enough to drive one to the brink of insanity or to the depths of despair.
And yet, collectively, we still refuse to acknowledge our need for God. Instead, we look to policy to correct our woes and numb our senses in whatever allows us to escape from the bleakness of a life void of purpose.
With much wisdom comes much sorrow. But for those who thirst after righteousness, pursue justice, and long to see the world right-side up, take heart, for you belong to the new world yet to come.
Therefore, do not lose heart, but continue to seek first the kingdom and all its righteousness. Hold fast to the hope you received in our Lord Jesus Christ, who will meet all your needs and desires according to his grand plan for your life.
Trust in God and in his mighty plan. Jesus never changes.
The 🍞 of Life:
For this world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come. - Hebrews 13:14
Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. - Proverbs 3:5-6
You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. - Psalm 16:11
Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. - Psalm 37:4
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. - 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. - Matthew 6:33
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. - Hebrews 13:8
