❤️ of the Matter:
Experience a beautiful song that reflects on God's grace, especially for those struggling to navigate life's challenges and find their way back to Him.
The BIG 📸:
We all have our ups and downs and need to know from time to time that God is still with us through it all, even when we are self-sabotaging.
When God called you, he already knew the myriad of ways you would blow it. Yet, he justified you and ultimately will glorify you.
God has no plans to give up on you, and because of that, continue to fight, carry your cross daily, and work out your salvation with trembling and fear.
I don't know you or what you're going through right now. Maybe the money isn't coming in like it used to, maybe your spouse is dealing with a debilitating sickness on top of it, maybe it's depression, and the feeling of the weight of the world on your shoulders.
And you're tempted to escape into those old vices that God has already freed you from. Let me encourage you to press into God in prayer, stand on his word, and recognize his love knows no bounds.
What you're going through, God is bringing you through to strengthen you for the position he's calling you to. You will be a leader in his kingdom armed with a powerful testimony that will move the hearts of so many.
In the case of this song, that's precisely what happened. The woman who wrote it turned her pain into a powerful testimony that is touching the hearts of so many, including yours, right now.
God will never give up on you. And don’t you ever give up on him. May God keep you and your loved ones in the palm of his hand forever and always. God bless.
The 🍞 of Life:
But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. - Romans 5:8
And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. - Romans 8:30
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. - Romans 8:31-37
For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. - Titus 2:11-14
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. - Ephesians 2:8-10
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. - Galatians 5:13
For you are free, yet you are God’s slaves, so don’t use your freedom as an excuse to do evil. Respect everyone, and love the family of believers. Fear God, and respect the king. - 1 Peter 2:16-17
Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing. - James1:2-4
Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose. - Philippians 2:12-13
