Find rest in knowing that it’s not all up to you. As a man of faith, it’s never all up to me and whenever I feel myself in that space, I know it’s time to recalibrate.
How Do You Recalibrate:
Go to God in prayer
Dig into his word
Take a break or vacation
Consider the source of burnout (Is additional training needed, can you delegate more, do you need additional personnel, and re-examine your underlying motivations)
Implement and optimize

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
